Due to the nature of the personal care products we carry, we do not offer returns for refund, or returns for exchange. Bath & body products can't be returned elsewhere and we are no exception.
In the event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
We provide a full list of ingredients for every product. If you have any questions regarding what ingredients we use, please contact us. If you have any allergies/ sensitive skin, please review our ingredients before purchasing. Hickory Ridge Soaps is not liable for any adverse reaction or allergy to any of our products.
Because our whipped body butters are crafted without heavy waxes or synthetic stabilizers, they may naturally soften in high temperatures. Rest assured - this does not affect the quality or skin-loving benefits of the product. During warmer months, we include ice packs whenever possible to help protect your order in transit. If your body butter arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours before opening to allow it to firm back up. While the whipped texture may change if melting occurs, the product remains just as nourishing and effective. By placing your order, you acknowledge this possibility and understand that refunds are not issued based on consistency changes upon arrival.
A note on scent strength. Everyone is different, some may have a very sharp sense of smell while others have a duller sense. Due to this fact, it's pretty much impossible to please everyone with the same amount of scent.
