All in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days, some will ship the same day.  All items will be shipped together, in some cases in more than one package at our discretion.  We do not accept requests to ship items on an order separately.  If you would like items to ship separately, please place separate orders.

If you need your order by a certain date, include a note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We're sorry, but due to the nature of the personal care products we carry, we do not offer returns for refund, or returns for exchange. Bath & body products can't be returned elsewhere and we are no exception.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, please proceed to the Post Office or FedEx (whichever one we shipped with), bring the entire package including all wrapping, and file the necessary paperwork.  Your order was insured up to $100, anything over that will be replaced by us at our expense once you share the paperwork from the shipper with us.  If your order was shipped by USPS First Class, contact us within 3 days of receiving and we will issue a refund.  We may require images as proof of damage before refunding.

If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we will make every effort to contact you for a new address.  If we do not get a response to resolve the issue, you will receive a refund minus shipping charges + a 20% restocking fee.

International Customers: All of our warmers come with standard American 110v plugs. Please check before purchasing if a voltage plug-in adapter is needed for your country. We cannot be held liable for any damage due to failure to use an adapter when it is needed. Thank you.

We know the reason for buying homemade beauty products is because they are better for you. This is why we only use the purest ingredients in our products. If you have any questions regarding what ingredients we use, please contact us. If you have any allergies/ sensitive skin, please review our ingredients before purchasing. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction and/or irritation.

A note on scent strength. Everyone is different, some may have a very sharp sense of smell while others have a duller sense. Due to this fact, it's pretty much impossible to please everyone with the same amount of scent. Do us a favor and let us know how you like it.
